How can I request a custom piece?

Thank you for your inquiry for a custom NCD Bracelet. Please click here and send us a message. We will reach out to you to create your customized bracelet.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow seven (7) business days to receive your order. We ship from our Alabama or Georgia location, and unfortunately due to COVID-19 some destination take longer to arrive.
Do I have to take my bracelets off?

Yes! :) We are ectastic that you LOVE your NCD Bracelets!!!! However, to properly care for them it is important not to get them wet and to avoid wearing during vigorous exercise.
Do you intent to expand your line to other jewelry catergories?

Let's stick a pin in that for a moment. However, waistbeads and necklaces may hit the scene in the future. :)
